Oconee library hosting author, illustrator

The Oconee County Library will host author Carol Dolson and illustrator Elaine Hearne Rabon at 3:30 p.m. Oct. 2.
They will talk about their book “Hattie and the Higgledy-Piggledy Hedge.”
